Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Electric Scooter Rentals Associate, working weekend nights from 6pm to 2am! This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers and ensure smooth rental operations during peak evening weekend hours. You'll be the friendly face guiding riders through the rental process, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with scooter rentals, check-ins, and inquiries during Friday and Saturday night shifts Manage inventory of electric scooters Answer telephone calls and handle customer questions regarding rentals Check-out electric scooter rentals, provide rental instructions and manage the rental process Check-in electric scooters when customers bring their rentals back to the shop Promote additional services or upgrades through upselling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Create a positive and welcoming environment Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and stay organized Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently during evening hours High energy level with a proactive attitude toward upselling and customer engagement This paid position offers an exciting chance to offer our customers a fun opportunity on weekend summer nights.
