Full Job Description Position Description:
The Dealer Rental Program Coordinator handles the day-to-day activities needed to aid the Dealer Daily Rental Manager, internal personnel, and partners with rental related business. This position utilizes various systems, databases, and online tools to respond to inquiries and investigate concerns. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the dealer network, providing support and guidance on all aspects of the dealer rental program by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across the dealer body.
Skills Required:
Microsoft Office, Data Analysis, Customer Contact Reviewing and processing exception requests using the Dealer Rental Exception (DRE) system. Email requests may be submitted to the DDR Manager or other Rental Team Managers as needed. Generating reports to assist the rental management team and additional personnel. Quarterly Enrollment Reports As Needed o VIN List updates Weekly Updating program details and supporting documentation on the
FRAC/LRAC/DDR
web page based on program, model year, and vehicle line eligibility changes. Submitting and testing incentive changes. Conducting in-service audits for program adherence, reviewing details with Dealer Rental Management, and forwarding approved findings to the General Auditors Office for processing. Maintaining procedure documentation associated with the business and role Data/Analytics dashboards
Experience Required:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills to support customers, and a high level of accuracy with attention to detail. Experience communicating with and supporting the dealer body.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site work)
