Job Description
Hoholik's Ace Hardware is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales & Rental Associate to join our team. This position involves assisting customers on the sales floor, supporting our rental department, stocking merchandise, and helping maintain a clean and organized store environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and questions Help process rental equipment check-outs and returns Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays Operate computer systems and point-of-sale equipment Load and unload merchandise and rental equipment Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store running smoothly Provide excellent customer service at all times Qualifications Plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus Ability to lift heavy items regularly Basic computer skills required Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and team-oriented attitude Retail or hardware experience preferred, but not required Job Type Full-Time & Part Time Schedule Day shift Weekends Benefits Employee discount Flexible scheduling
