We are a fast-paced car rental location looking for a reliable, motivated team member who can handle both customer service and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role. You'll be working with customers, managing vehicles, and keeping the operation running smoothly. If you're someone who likes to stay busy, takes ownership of your work, and can handle responsibility without being micromanaged—this is a great fit. ⸻

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with vehicle check-in and check-out Process rental agreements and ensure accuracy of paperwork Handle incident reports (damages, late returns, etc.) Maintain organized files and contracts Perform daily closing reports and end-of-day procedures Upsell rental protections, upgrades, and add-ons Monitor vehicle availability and basic inventory flow Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the office Assist with vehicle movement and readiness as needed ⸻

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual (this is very important) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Willing to work both indoors and outdoors Basic computer skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ⸻ Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in customer service, retail, or automotive Sales or upselling experience ⸻

Compensation:

Pay:

$17-$19 per hour (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility ⸻

Schedule:

Full-time / Part-time available Must be available for weekends and some holidays ⸻
