Job Description

Grand Traverse Bike Tours is Hiring! Grand Traverse Bike Tours is seeking a Rental and Tour Associate. Grand Traverse Bike Tours is looking for a positive, energetic individual who loves bikes, adventure, and the outdoors to join our team! We're seeking a Rental and Tour Associate to oversee our sales floor and assist with tours, and rentals. Our operations shift daily, so if you are adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed this is the job for you! This position starts immediately and lasts through fall and into the winter with our snowshoe tours. A summer only opportunity available for students. The position can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist tour and rental guests Offer route recommendations, including local winery visits Organize merchandise and optimize store layout Perform light bicycle repairs and adjustments Help gather photos and ideas for social media posts
Who You Are:
A friendly, upbeat team player willing to work weekends Passionate about the outdoors, excited to share the area with visitors Skilled in turning customer service challenges into positive experiences Organized and proactive Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
At least 16 years old Valid driver's license Ability to lift 55 lbs How to
