Job Description

The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for optimizing the rental experience through drafting rental agreements, anticipating possible upsells based on each individual's needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Our agents provide exceptional service while performing the following responsibilities: Educating potential and current customers on our entire fleet and our line of coverages and special extras. Building relationships with local companies through our Corporate Account referral program. Encouraging our customers to sign-up and enjoy the benefits of our Avis Preferred and Budget Fastbreak rewards programs. Assisting customers in making, changing, and fulfilling reservations. Serving customers with the highest level of respect, professionalism and friendliness. Requesting feedback on our customers' experiences. Experience Previous experience in fast paced sales and customer service. Strong communications skills. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Ability to learn a lot of material and apply it quickly. Must be reliable, on time, and a self starter; be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass a background check This job allows room for growth within the company, salary advancement, and benefits for full time employment - Serious applicants only!!
