At Reddy Rents , you'll work in the equipment rental industry helping contractors, builders, and homeowners get the tools and equipment they need to complete their projects. This is a customer service + inside sales + rental counter role in a fast-growing rental business. Every day is different, and your work directly supports construction, home improvement, and community development. If you've worked at large rental houses, big box home improvement stores or in construction supply or hardware retail , this is a strong fit. What You'll Do Work the rental counter / inside sales desk assisting walk-in and phone customers Recommend equipment and solutions based on customer needs Process rental agreements, contracts, and payments accurately Use rental management software to create and track orders Handle customer communication by phone and email Coordinate equipment availability, inventory, and reservations Create work orders and assist with maintenance coordination Support a clean, organized, and efficient front counter area What We're Looking For We strongly encourage applicants with experience in: Equipment rental companies Hardware stores or building supply Construction supply, tool rental, or contractor sales Customer service / retail / inside sales environments

Required:
