Job Description
Join our growing heavy-duty truck parts team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. As an RMA & Claims Specialist, you'll manage product returns, warranty claims, and customer resolutions while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You'll Do:
Deliver excellent customer service. Process returns (RMAs) and warranty claims. Investigate product, freight, and shipping issues. Coordinate solutions with customers, vendors, and warehouse teams. Issue credits, replacements, and claim resolutions. Maintain accurate records and track claim status. Help identify opportunities to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Customer service, claims, logistics, or automotive/heavy-duty parts experience preferred.
