Our focus is to establish a rental equipment company that strives to be a partner with our customers by providing reliable equipment, dependable service, and friendly staff. Rental Supply was established in 2013 and currently has six locations in Missouri.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Rental Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a full-time position paid hourly based on a 40+ hour work week.
Duties:
  • Planning & dispatching deliveries
  • Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to promote rental services
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable rental solutions
  • Analyze rental trends and customer feedback to optimize rental offerings
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the customer experience
  • Drive sales by actively promoting rental services
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate rental options
  • Manage rental agreements and contracts
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
  • Prior experience in outbound calling or sales roles is preferred This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
