Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and computer skills to help ensure our high-end vacation homes are fully stocked, impeccably cleaned, and meet our brand standards. This is a fast-paced position with lots of moving parts and daily changes. There is room for promotion for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning Resupply and restock homes per protocol Schedule, train, and provide feedback to cleaners Complete cleanings that fall below standard Purchase and track inventory using a dedicated computer program Communicate with supervisors regarding maintenance, damage, or issues Coordinate maintenance or meet technicians at properties as needed Use multiple mobile and desktop apps to stay organized
Job Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented and organized Must be able to follow instructions well Comfortable using apps on a smartphone and computer Must be reliable and have strong communication skills Must have own transportation and a clean driving record (car usage is compensated) Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Must be willing and able to clean houses as needed Must be willing to work (some) holiday weekends Preferred skills: It is helpful if you are able to do light maintenance tasks - i.e. installing locks, changing lightbulbs, etc.
Work Schedule:
Required hours: Thursday through Monday 11 AM - 7
PM Seasonal Position:
Now through end of September, with potential for ongoing part-time work during the winter
Experience & Licenses:
