Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused, and energetic individual to join our team as a Car Rental Operations Agent . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience from the moment our guests arrive until their rental is returned. This position combines customer service, vehicle management, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival. Guide customers through our check-in process and answer questions related to their rental. Verify reservations and assign vehicles based on the category reserved. Receive returning rental vehicles and conduct thorough vehicle inspections. Document and report any new damages, maintenance concerns, or cleanliness issues. Move, organize, and park vehicles in their designated areas to maintain an orderly lot. Assist with fleet operations by transporting vehicles to and from gas stations, tire shops, dealerships, mechanic shops, car washes, and other service providers as needed. Monitor vehicle readiness and communicate any issues to management. Assist with vehicle cleaning and detailing when operational needs require additional support. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily rental operations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, especially during vehicle inspections. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary. Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely around the lot.
