Event Rental Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Rep. - (3 positions) The CSR position is a sales-oriented role. This position will serve as a key customer contact and consultant for Rental City. The primary job responsibility is to effectively communicate with customers in person, over the phone and via email by using a rental software system. Other Daily Responsibilities included but are not limited to: Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts via point of sale software system Greets walk-in clients and answers questions clearly and competently. Clean, prepare and stock showroom to ensure it is presentable and ready for customers Perform store open and close activities Provide in depth insight with customers and clients about rental products Answer inbound phone/emails and outbound calls/emails Communicate clearly with team members on delivery and pick up orders Assist with some warehouse activities The front counter rental specialist should be outgoing, hardworking, punctual, and be able to work most weekends during peak seasons Additional qualifications include: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong customer service skills Computer knowledge with a windows based system is preferred Ability to retain rental knowledge. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment Prior rental experience, and social media advertising experience is a plus Rental City has been a leading source for tent and event rentals along with small to mid-sized equipment rentals for over 45 years.
