Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Hertz/Thrifty Car Rental. If you enjoy providing top-notch service to customers, this is the opportunity for you. Car Rental Counter Agent:
As a Car Rental Counter Agent, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to provide them with the best car rental experience. You will assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while ensuring that all transactions are accurate and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and process car rental transactions. Answer customer questions regarding rental policies, available vehicles, and rates. Inspect rental cars for damages and ensure they are properly cleaned and fueled. Handle reservations and ensure prompt vehicle availability. Process payments and provide rental documentation. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of all vehicle options and services offered by Hertz/Thrifty.
Car Washer:
As a Car Washer, you will ensure that all rental vehicles are cleaned to our high standards, both inside and out, to deliver a polished experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and wash vehicles according to company standards. Vacuum, wipe down interiors, and ensure cars are spotless. Inspect vehicles for damages and report any issues. Ensure all vehicles are ready for customer pickup. Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous customer service experience Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (as required). Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
