Greet customers at the rental desk in a pleasant, professional manner and answer incoming calls with a consistent, professional greeting Complete rental agreements accurately and follow Ford rental policy requirements, including FRAC and CTP program parameters Greet customers at the rental desk in a pleasant, professional manner and answer incoming calls with a consistent, professional greeting Complete rental agreements accurately and follow Ford rental policy requirements, including FRAC and CTP program parameters Use customer qualification tools and collect payment for damages when applicable Learn and apply the Rich Ford Vision Boards and their principles Follow all guidelines in the Rich Ford Employee Handbook Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area and wear the approved uniform each shift Maintain a positive, approachable attitude with customers and coworkers across all departments Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and resolve customer concerns without escalating unnecessarily Clean and stage rental vehicles Inspect vehicles before and after rental; coordinate repairs, detailing, and maintenance Compute customer bills, process payments, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately Maintain records in TSD, file rental forms, secure customer IDs and insurance cards, and ensure deposits are collected Submit invoices and POs regularly and close all open invoices by month-end Reconcile gas purchase statements Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments as needed Perform other duties as assigned At least 1 year of sales or rental experience preferred Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Good computer and time-management skills Ability to resolve customer issues effectively High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be a current resident Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment
