Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator, North America

What to Expect As Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator, North America you will be responsible for handling all RMA cases, contacting Tesla Channel Partners notifying them about RMA and documentation around all of this. You will be the link between our technical support team, fulfillment, sales team, and channel partners; you will ensure that all spare part requirements are handled with great care and that our channel partners receive parts in time along with reimbursing for service/labor. You will be supporting our logistics team in taking care of our spare parts stock, small order picking and outbound logistics. This role may sit out of Buffalo, NY or Henderson, NV.
