Rental Sales Representative

The team at Coastline is looking to hire a Rental Developer at their North Las Vegas, NV branch.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:

Maintain personal contact with current and potential rental customers and provide daily follow-up on rentals.

Product Expertise:

Serve as a product and application expert.

Policy Adherence:

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of department policies and procedures.

Logistics Management:

Expedite pick-up and delivery and inspect rental units regularly.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain customer call lists and submit call reports.

Market Analysis:

Provide timely market intelligence on competitors.

Required Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with John Deere equipment and competitors.

Education:

High School Diploma.

Communication Skills:

Proficient in oral and written communication.

Performance Under Pressure:

Ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines.

Team Collaboration:

Cooperative behavior with various departments and colleagues.

Technical Proficiency:

Broad computer skills and experience with software, computers, and office equipment.

Physical Requirements Driving:

Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Conditions:

Must be able to perform phone conversations, safely climb on/off machinery, lift at least 50 pounds, and operate a forklift.

What We Offer:

Salary:

$40,000-$50,000 per year plus commission (Approximately $80,000-$120,000, depending on target sales).
