Our products are designed for mountain biking, hiking, travel, everyday wear, and outdoor adventure. We are a growing apparel brand with a strong focus on quality, customer experience, and building gear that people genuinely enjoy wearing. Our Reno warehouse team plays a major role in keeping inventory moving, shipping orders accurately, processing returns, and making sure customers receive products in excellent condition. At KETL, we value hard work, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in where needed. We are looking for people who take pride in doing the job right and want to be part of a growing company with a fun, fast-moving warehouse environment. Duties Assist with opening, sorting, and organizing customer returns. Inspect returned apparel for stains, odor, damage, pet hair, missing tags, or other issues. Help determine whether items are ready to return to stock, need washing, need repair, or should be marked unsellable. Wash, dry, fold, bag, and label returned apparel. Help prepare clean returned items so they look customer-ready and match our folding and packaging standards. Keep returned inventory organized by status. Assist with tracking returned and repair items in spreadsheets. Help locate items for customer service or oversold orders when needed. Support urgent order processing when needed, including labeling and packing. Keep the returns area clean, organized, and efficient. Help with other warehouse tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Willing to do repetitive daily tasks. Able to follow instructions and learn processes. Organized and able to keep work areas clean. Comfortable handling returned apparel. Able to work independently after training. Positive attitude and team-player mindset. Basic computer or spreadsheet experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move boxes of returned apparel. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks such as folding, sorting, bagging, and labeling. Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Why Join Us?
