AP Professionals is working with an affordable housing property in the Webster area to assist them in securing an experienced individual to join their team. This is a full time, contract to hire, role with the hours of 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. Leasing & Sales Showcase apartments with energy and enthusiasm Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting amenities and community features Convert inquiries into applications using strong closing and follow-up skills Maintain model and vacant units in tour-ready condition Marketing & Administrative Excellence Support marketing initiatives with creative outreach, events, and promotional materials Prepare leasing documents, applications, and move-in packages accurately and on time Track traffic, leasing activity, and follow-ups to drive results Keep resident files organized and compliant Resident Experience & Retention Deliver exceptional service to residents, prospects, and vendors Respond quickly to inquiries, service requests, and concerns Support lease renewals and foster a welcoming, community-focused environment Compliance & Operations Ensure all activities align with Fair Housing laws and regulatory requirements Process applications and certifications accurately Assist with rent collection, reporting, and day-to-day operations What You Bring 2+ years of leasing experience Proven success in closing leases and driving occupancy Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems High school diploma or equivalent Why You'll Love This Role Fast-paced, sales-driven environment Opportunity to grow within a professional property management team Work in a role that blends relationship-building, sales, and operations Make a real impact by helping people find their next home #BUS1
