Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales process Design customized organizational solutions using our CAD software Create and present design proposals and pricing Manage projects from consultation through installation Prospect, network, and generate referral opportunities Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales processWhat We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications- Proven sales experience with a track record of performance Strong communication and relationship-building skills High level of personal accountability and self-discipline Comfortable learning technical design software and CAD systems Professional presence and consultative approach Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Laptop computer and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience:
In-home sales Interior design or space planning CAD or design software experience Luxury retail or consultative sales Residential construction or remodeling knowledgeCompensation & Growth:
