Rental Car Lot Coordinator

What you'll do: Direct and traffic in the rental car lot according to current priorities Maintain the cleanliness of the pit and keep it organized by category Follow safe driving practices, company safety procedures and verbal directions Move rental vehicles as needed for inventory space and to the dirty pit when needed Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time Move de-fleet vehicles and coordinate lot operations Perform supply chain duties as needed Remove all films on seats, handles, mats and steering wheels Apply all required tags to comply with Motor Vehicles Department standards Ensure all required documents are in the vehicle Transport vehicles safely and quickly within the site from one location to another Adapt to changing schedules and tasks as required Provide amazing service and professionalism to our clients and customers
