(TWST) is a fast-growing event staffing and rentals company based in Tigard, OR. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and hands-on Event Rental Operations Coordinator to keep our events running smoothly from behind the scenes. If you thrive on efficiency, organization, and problem-solving — and want a flexible part-time role — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Prep, pack, and organize catering rental equipment for events. Transport rentals to/from events and wash them at a local commissary kitchen using a company vehicle. Clean, inspect, and store returned rental equipment. Keep warehouse spaces safe, clean, and organized. Use Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and proprietary work order software for communication and task tracking. Adjust priorities weekly based on event needs and task lists. What You Bring Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Strong skills in efficiency, organization, and independent task management. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and comfortable driving sprinter vans or small box trucks (no CDL required). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs, or a willingness to learn. What A "Day In the Life Of" Looks Like Events mostly happen on Friday/Saturday/Sunday You would come to the warehouse at a time that works for you (pre-scheduled) during the week to clean up and wash rentals from previous weekend's events Put away all the cleaned items and ensure warehouse is organized and functional Assemble rental packages for the following weekend's events. Depending on complexity, all event rentals are to be completed at least 2 days before the next event. Notify management of broken/missing items Warehouse cleaning and maintenance
Hours/Schedule:
This is for a May through October position with a potential to continue on pending the growth of the company and the needs in the off season. Expect 15 to 30 hours per week with the occasional 40 hours depending on how many events there are Hours are flexible based on when you work best, with management being in office 8 AM - 5 PM Mon-Fri and some crossover would be required. If you prefer early mornings or later evenings, that is ok.
