• Join a well-established dealership group known for delivering quality service and maintaining a strong presence in the community Rental Agent Job Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their rental needs Explain rental terms and conditions clearly and concisely Process rental agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for rental Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information Inspect rental vehicles upon return for any damages and process returns efficiently Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience Stay up-to-date with company policies, rental procedures, and industry best practices
