Job Description
You'll oversee daily operations with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every vehicle is spotless—inside and out—before and after each rental. You'll manage the full cycle of damage and toll claims, from documentation to resolution, working closely with customers and repair partners. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll handle customer inquiries, process billing and toll charges, and resolve issues with care and professionalism. You'll also maintain accurate records, support fleet readiness, and uphold high standards for cleanliness and service across the location.
