Rental Return Agent- Airport

Rental Return Agent Starting Pay:

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who enjoy engaging with customers while offering outstanding service and focused on making every car rental experience memorable. About This Role The Rental Return Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process and assists customers with the rental return process. Responsibilities Greet all customers as they arrive Assist customers with luggage Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt Inquire about service and satisfaction Inspect vehicle and determine fuel tank level Complete a service alert for any mechanical and/or body damage communicated by the customers Identify vehicles which are on hold for turn back, time or mileage, recall, or any other lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location Assist service department with vehicle cleaning as needed Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow Knowledge of rental/return documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverage Understand the damage loss reporting procedure Perform additional related duties as required or assigned About Us GSP Transportation, Inc is the largest Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty licensee in North America operating on and off airport locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
