Job Description
Experience / Education Requirements High School Diploma or a GED certificate preferred but not required General knowledge of inventory practices and reverse logistics processes Strong computer skills including extensive knowledge of MS Office Excel and ERP Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volume of transactions Ability to multi task and to react well under pressure Strong analytical and organization skills Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Adapt and able to deal with frequent changes in the work environment Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Decision making and problem-solving skills Team orientated Duties and Responsibilities Total equipment asset management, providing support of all rental equipment Technical aptitude is a must; must develop and maintain a working knowledge of all Bestway products and other brands offered by Bestway Oilfield Oversight of all used equipment inventory to balance needs for what is available to sell as well as expected return on assets in stock Repair and distribution of used equipment inventory data to assist sales people in order fulfillment Prepare necessary reports, summaries, and other accurate data to aid in the organization's decision-making process Forecast lifespan and efficiency of equipment Implement and manage electronic database Tracking of all Rental and Repair activities Physical Inventory Counts Intercompany logistics and tracking of equipment Review rental contracts and equipment rental billing for accuracy Evaluating Utilization and maximizing the overall performance of Bestway's Rental Fleet Responsible for equipment and project planning Perform other duties as required by management.
