Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cleaning, and assisting managers with various other facility needs. Duties Create customer profiles in our software and rent storage units to new and existing customers. Provide outstanding customer service. Take tenant payments and make delinquency calls. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Assist in maintaining the physical condition of the facility and individual storage units. Run errands for the facility as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Basic computer skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Must be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. and do minor cleaning. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn new skills. Must be flexible and willing to work 8am-noon 2 Saturdays a month and 1:30pm-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
