They act as the liaison between customers, warehouse, and the technical support team to ensure defective items are quickly processed, tracked, and resolved. We are looking for someone with a special mix of excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills and forklift certification (or the ability the obtain it) to help back up our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities Process Returns:

Issue RMA numbers, review return eligibility, and provide return instructions to customers. Inspect merchandise upon return.

Liaison & Communication:

Act as the central point of contact for sales, shipping, technical support, and the customer.

Tracking & Documentation:

Log incoming returns in CRM system (NetSuite) and prepare replacements or credit memos.

Quality Assurance:

Assist teams in determining if an item should be repaired, replaced, or scrapped, and track recurring product defects.

Assemble Products:

Assist with installation of cutters, printheads, etc.

Building Maintenance:

Log all maintenance requests into portal and follow up until resolved. Back up

Shipping and Receiving:

Ship and receive during warehouse team member's absence

Requirements Skills:

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM/ERP software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer support, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments is highly valued. Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain it) strongly desired. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as an essential function of the position. This position is required to work in the office Monday - Friday from 8:30 until 5:30.
