The Ultimate "Gear Guru" (Parts & Rental Counter) Are you the person your friends call when they need to know which bolt fits an excavator? Do you thrive in the sweet spot between technical troubleshooting and high-energy customer service? We are looking for a hybrid Parts Specialist & Rental Counter Associate to be the heartbeat of our shop. This isn't just a "sit behind the desk" job, it's a "solve the puzzle and save the day" career.

Day-to-Day:

You'll be wearing two hats, and you'll look great in both of them:

The Parts Pro:

Managing inventory for our rental fleet and retail customers. You'll source, order, and organize parts to ensure our equipment stays on the job site and out of the shop.

The Counter Consultant:

Greeting customers, book rentals, and providing expert advice on which tools are right for their specific projects.

The Logistics Lead:

Coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs, processing contracts, and ensuring every piece of gear is accounted for.

The Problem Solver:

Diving into technical manuals one minute and explaining a rental agreement the next. What You Bring to the

Mechanical Aptitude:

You know your way around an engine and can tell a gasket from a grommet.

Comfortable with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory tracking.
