We are a fast-growing car rental company serving travelers, local customers, and business clients in Southern Utah. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, reliable vehicles, and creating a smooth rental experience from start to finish. Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team in Cedar City. The Rental Agent will assist customers with reservations, vehicle rentals, check-ins/check-outs, and provide outstanding service throughout the rental process. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Assist with reservations, rental agreements, and vehicle returns Verify driver information and process payments Detail cars preparing them for their next rental Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Inspect vehicles before and after rentals ensure every car is clean, safe, and ready to go Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling Upsell rental upgrades, protection packages, and additional services Maintain accurate records and daily reports Help keep office and vehicle areas organized and professional

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills. Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available). Reliable attendance and punctuality Must work weekends
