Job Description

Description:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team in St. George, Utah. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with vehicle rentals, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with rental reservations, contracts, and vehicle returns. Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and optional products. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals. Assist with cleaning and detailing cars for next rental. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Support daily branch operations and maintain a professional appearance of the facility.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Sales experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record. Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills. Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available). Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.
