Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Counter Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle rentals, answer questions, process reservations, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working with customers face-to-face while handling administrative and sales responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Process vehicle rental reservations, contracts, and payments Explain rental policies, rates, insurance options, and vehicle features Verify customer identification and driver eligibility Coordinate vehicle availability with the operations team Upsell additional products and services when appropriate Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damage or cleanliness Maintain accurate records and complete daily paperwork Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record. Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills. Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available). Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.
