Position Overview:

This position combines responsibilities as a Rental Car Agent and Part Sales Associate. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable In a fast-paced environment.

Rental Car Duties:

Assist customers with rental vehicle reservations, check-ins and check-outs, billing, collecting payments and verifying customers information. Inspect vehicle before and after rental for condition and accuracy. Maintain rental agreements and insure proper documentation. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any rental-related concerns.

Parts Associate Duties:

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock. Complete special order part requests for the customer. Communicate with the customer on part status. Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures. Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.

Position Requirements:

Effective analytical and communication skills. Strong reading, computer and mathematics skills. Ability to learn new technology. Positive friendly attitude. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic. Valid Driver's License. Clean driving record.
