We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our distribution team. This role is primarily responsible for processing RFC (Return From Customer) / store returns, ensuring accurate inventory adjustments and product integrity. Because return volumes may vary, the Inventory Control Clerk will also support general Inventory Control (IC) functions as needed. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. Pay & Schedule

    $19/hr
      Schedule:
      Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities
      • Primary responsibility for processing RFC (store returns), including receiving, verifying, auditing, and accurately recording returned product.
      • Maintain accurate inventory levels within the distribution center.
      • Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
      • Investigate and resolve inventory variances related to returns and warehouse movements.
      • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to update, track, and adjust inventory data.
      • Communicate with operations and inventory teams to ensure product accuracy and availability.
      • Support additional Inventory Control (IC) functions during periods of lower RFC volume.
      • Assist with general warehouse duties as operational needs require. Qualifications
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
      • 0-2 years of inventory control, returns processing, or warehouse experience preferred. Education
      • High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
