As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the friendly face and enthusiastic voice guiding customers through their rental options, ensuring they find the perfect solutions to meet their needs. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging with diverse customers, managing inventory, and promoting our rental offerings. Your proactive attitude and ability to connect with people will help create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. Duties Greet customers warmly at the front desk and assist them with rental inquiries and reservations Promote rental products and services through persuasive communication and active listening Manage inventory control to ensure availability and proper organization of rental items Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining accurate records, and processing transactions using Microsoft Word and Excel Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or following up with customers Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk roles with strong organizational skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with inventory management, inventory control, and retail math principles Strong communication skills, including public speaking and negotiation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and general administrative tasks Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Outside sales experience is a plus; enthusiasm for engaging with the community enhances success in this role Organizational skills combined with retail experience to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction Join us as a Rental Sales Agent where your energy, communication prowess, and sales talent will drive success!
