Car Rental Instant Return Representative EDS Service Solutions - 2.8 Norfolk, VA Job Details Full-time $14 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer returns handling Driver's License Full Job Description EDS Service Solutions staffs car rental companies around the United States. You will be working with the newest cars and in top-rated rental car companies! We are now hiring at our location at the ORF Airport.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental return process in compliance with policies and procedures. Responsible for Directing and identifying vehicles that are being returned, checking time or mileage, and verifying their movement to the proper lot location. Welcome each customer with a smile. Professional appearance, language and behavior. Direct Customers to shuttle bus back to airport Play an active role in our environment of teamwork and collaboration; Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely. Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc. Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate. Review all charges at the time of vehicle return. Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues. Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older Excellent Customer Service skills with prior experience Have a driver's license Clean Driving Record in the past 3 year

$14 hourly /
