About the
Position:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people to work in our Lacey location. The Rental Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers with their parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs. Customers are taken care of in person or over the phone. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively following up with customers via phone to address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure equipment needs are fully met. Coordinate and schedule timely equipment deliveries, pick-ups, preventive maintenance, and repairs to support efficient operations. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, including documentation, data entry, and inventory reconciliation. Represent the company with professionalism by maintaining industry knowledge, attending required meetings, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and communicating clearly and effectively. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards in all interactions. Promote and adhere to strict safety protocols, consistently prioritizing a "Safety First" culture while demonstrating company values: Teamwork, Customer Focus, Commitment, Respect, Sense of Urgency, Integrity, and Safety. Qualifications Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications; experience with DBS, construction equipment, and office equipment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid state driver's license required.
