You will be responsible for helping customers select the right trailers and equipment for their needs, ensuring all gear is safe and ready for use, and managing the check-in/check-out process. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and have a "can-do" attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support:

Greet customers, explain rental agreements, and provide clear instructions on how to safely operate equipment and hitch trailers.

Check-In/Out:

Perform thorough inspections of trailers and equipment before and after rentals to document condition and fuel levels.

Equipment Maintenance:

Wash and clean equipment, check fluid levels, and ensure trailers are greased and tires are properly inflated.

Safety & Loading:

Assist customers with hitching trailers to their vehicles, ensuring all safety chains, lights, and pins are correctly secured.

Documentation:

Use our software to manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements & Skills Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Basic knowledge of trailers, tie-downs, and small engine equipment is a huge plus.

Customer Service:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using a tablet or computer for rental contracts and payments.

Reliability:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
