Rental Associate

Job description Dunn Lumber, serving Southeastern Wisconsin since 1894, has an opening for a Rental Equipment Associate at our store in Lake Geneva, WI. This is a full-time position that averages 40 hours per week and is responsible for providing superior customer service to rental customers.

Responsibilities:

Works with customers to recommend the appropriate tool for the job and demonstrate the safe and correct use of the tool being rented. Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide requested information regarding the availability and pricing of equipment. Accurately process customer invoices and receive and process payment from customers. Loading and unloading of rental tools or party products. Assists with the delivery and set up of party rentals. Execute sales and customer service in an ethical and professional manner that reflects positively on both the employee and the company.

Qualifications:

Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills both in person and on the phone are required. Knowledge of power equipment or be mechanically inclined. Ability to perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance is preferred. Lifting of up to 35 pounds, 70lbs occasionally and up to 100lbs as needed and the ability to bend and twist in awkward positions. Must have valid driver's license with the ability to haul a trailer.
