About the Role The Rental Center Attendant plays a key part in creating a smooth, fun, and memorable guest experience at Jellystone Park™ in Warrens. This position supports our busy Rental Center by assisting guests with golf cart rentals, distributing life jackets for the inflatable obstacle course, and ensuring our fleet of golf carts is clean, charged, and ready for use. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Check-In Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude Check guests in and out of their golf cart rentals using our computer system Verify rental agreements and provide clear safety instructions Hand out properly sized life jackets for the inflatable obstacle course Answer guest questions and provide general park information Golf Cart Operations Clean and sanitize golf carts between rentals Charge golf carts and ensure they are staged and ready for pickup Perform minor maintenance tasks (checking tires, lights, batteries, etc.) with guidance from a qualified maintenance professional Report any mechanical issues promptly Rental Center Support Maintain a clean, organized rental area Restock supplies and ensure life jackets are clean and in good condition Assist with crowd flow during peak check-in times Follow all safety procedures and uphold park standards What We're Looking For Friendly, guest-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable using computers for check-in/check-out processes Willingness to learn basic equipment care and maintenance Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs Reliability and strong communication skills Why Join Our Team Fun, energetic work environment Opportunities to interact with families and help create unforgettable vacation experiences Hands-on experience with guest services and equipment operations Employee perks and access to park amenities
