House of Harley-Davidson | Anchorage, AK Full-Time House of Harley-Davidson is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Apparel & Licensing (MotorClothes®) team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys retail, fashion, and helping guests find the right riding gear and Harley-Davidson apparel. As part of our team, you'll create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience while representing one of the most iconic brands in the world. Responsibilities Assist guests with selecting riding gear, apparel, footwear, and collectibles Deliver outstanding customer service and build guest relationships Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash Assist with boot and gear fitments Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays Support sales goals, promotions, and basic social media content Stay informed on Harley-Davidson products and trends Qualifications Previous retail experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work on the sales floor for 8-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and assist with fitments Positive attitude and ability to work with a wide variety of people Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle Why Join House of Harley-Davidson?
