Budtender with Experience Highpothermia | Handcrafted, Organic Living Soil Cannabis Highpothermia isn't a "what do you want?" kind of dispensary. We lead. We educate. We curate the experience. Our focus is handcrafted, organic, living soil-grown cannabis, produced by farmers who care deeply about the plant and the people consuming it. We believe customers deserve more than hype—they deserve knowledge, intention, and quality they can actually feel. We're looking for a standout budtender who can confidently guide customers, elevate their understanding of cannabis, and turn education into high-value sales. Position Details
BUDTENDER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Pay:
$17-$18/hour + tips
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday Hours:
2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Additional Hours or flexible schedule available for the right person What You'll Do Educate customers on organic living soil cannabis and why it matters Lead conversations instead of waiting for customers to guess what they want Curate premium experiences that result in confident, high-ticket purchases Translate terpene profiles, cultivation methods, and effects into real-world benefits Represent Highpothermia with professionalism, polish, and presence Who You Are Deep knowledge of the Alaskan cannabis market (required) Experienced in cannabis retail with strong sales instincts Able to exude a high-class, composed aura that lets the flower and farming speak for itself Comfortable guiding customers toward premium products without pressure or gimmicks Passionate about clean inputs, natural farming, and doing things the right way Why Highpothermia No corporate scripts or pushy upsells Education-driven, quality-first culture Products you can stand behind without compromise A space where craftsmanship, presentation, and sales excellence meet If you know how to sell great weed by teaching people why it's great, and you're ready to elevate the dispensary experience, we want you on our floor.
