In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service while managing sales transactions and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-organized. Your energy, communication skills, and attention to detail will help create a positive shopping experience for every customer. Whether explaining products, assisting with merchandising, or handling cash register duties, your enthusiasm will drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Must have a Marijuana Handlers Card Provide engaging information to educate customers about features and benefits Assist customers with their shopping needs, offering personalized recommendations and upselling when appropriate Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and stock replenishment tasks Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or similar store environments Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and store policies Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales calculations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
