REQUIRED.

Job Description:

Come be a Budtender at Nature's Releaf! A Budtender at Nature's Releaf is someone that serves cannabis Deli style, provides excellent customer service, and practices good cash-handling skills. This is a quick paced environment, so being able to multitask and communicate with team members is very important!

Duties include:

Security:

Adhere to security protocols to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and products.

Compliance:

Ensure strict compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations, including checking identification when customer enters shop as well as being aware of patrons who may be intoxicated. Pay attention to AMCO regulated sales limits, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Customer Service:

Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.

Cash Handling:

Knowledge of basic math. Accurately process sales transactions using a computerized point of sale system and balancing the till.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking shelves, counting skus, and managing product displays.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Keep the shop clean and organized, including display cases, product storage, and customer areas.

Team building:

Comunicate with other team members about the tasks that need to get done and to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Continuing Education:

Stay informed about emerging cannabis trends, regulations, and industry developments through training and self-study.

Product handling:

working closely with the product; to include, grinding, rolling,and packaging cannabis products

HOURS NEEDED

Evenings (4:30PM-12:30AM) and Weekends. Part time; up to 25 hours a week available. More opportunites for hours available at our cultivation facility!

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
