What You'll Do:

Greet customers with a warm smile and provide friendly, helpful service to make every visit memorable Help shoppers find exactly what they're looking for and share our mission Process sales quickly and accurately using including cash handling and retail math Keep the store looking its best by creatively stocking shelves, building attractive displays, and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment Support inventory management through regular stock counts and restocking Champion our shelter by promoting adoptions and helping connect loving families with our amazing dogs

What We're Looking For:

A positive, upbeat attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping other (retail experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person!) Comfort with cash handling, POS systems, and basic retail math Strong organizational skills and pride in creating a welcoming store atmosphere Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks like lifting, stocking, and organizing A big heart for animals and excitement about promoting our shelter and our adoptable dogs
