Fletchers Sales Associate Job Summary:

Fletchers Outdoors is looking for a motivated and ambitious sales associate to help assist customers with their shopping needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service as well as showing extensive knowledge in all products we offer.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable, and offer suggestions to each individual's needs. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: sales, billing, placing orders, and system troubleshooting. Help keep store clean and make sure all merchandise is in its proper placement. Effectively and efficiently manage time to ensure all work is completed by the end of the day. Complete all other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Follow and adhere to ATF compliance and regulations Familiar with computers and operating systems Knowledge of outdoors activities such as hunting, fishing, and recreational activities. (Preferred) General knowledge of fire arms (Preferred) Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Friendly attitude with the ability to make or assist in sales

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand on feet for an entire 6-12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 45+ pounds multiple times daily Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and stretch Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds over head

Part-time Pay:

$10.00 - $11.00 per hour
