Job Description

Job Description Overview Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a TES Admin Support Associate to provide administrative, financial, and general clerical support within an administrative department or program with responsibility for a broad variety of office support duties and tasks. G eneral operating hours are 7:45a-4:45p, Monday through Friday. Applicant must upload a current resume and cover letter describing your interest and qualifications for the position. Hours desired and general availability should be disclosed. Seeking candidates who can work at least 20-29 hours per week for 6-10 months. This will not be a remote position; supporting office staff while they travel is essential. Enrolled students are not eligible to apply as TES. The University is closed for two weeks each winter. Responsibilities Preparing and proofing correspondence Data management Travel research/planning/reservations & appointments Donor stewardship Serve as a general point of contact Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree OR Bachelor's degree
Scope of Experience:
Experience in clerical or administrative support services. Please include a cover letter with submission Desired Qualifications 2-4 years college, technical college attendance; financial training/certifications; high level of comfort with technology.
