Job Description

Our company is growing in Birmingham and are actively seeking motivated individuals for an AT&T Sales Associate position. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in sales, customer engagement, and technology solutions. In this role, you will represent AT&T, a nationally recognized telecommunications provider, and assist customers in selecting wireless, internet, and entertainment services that align with their needs. This position focuses on face-to-face interaction, consultative sales, and delivering a positive customer experience. No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement into leadership and management roles. Responsibilities Engage with customers in person to assess their communication and connectivity needs Present AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and home internet solutions Explain pricing, promotions, features, and available upgrades clearly and accurately Assist customers with account setup, activations, and order processing Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from start to finish Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Stay current on product updates, promotions, and industry trends Participate in ongoing training sessions and team development meetings Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals Represent the company and brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and local customer locations in Birmingham, Alabama Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a customer-facing role Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred, but not required Background in face-to-face or consultative sales Benefits & Compensation Guaranteed Weekly Pay Monthly / Quarterly Performance-based bonuses and incentives Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles Flexible scheduling for full-time team members Travel reimbursement for work-related activities Supportive, team-oriented work environment This entry-level role is designed to provide a strong foundation in sales, customer relations, and leadership.
