Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the right parts for their service station Manage inventory levels through accurate stock management, order fulfillment, and inventory control systems Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and credit card payments with professionalism. Negotiate pricing and upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized parts counter area and ensure shelves are stocked with high-demand items. Collaborate with the service team to support service needs by providing timely parts availability. Utilize strong communication skills to assist bilingual or multilingual customers effectively. Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new product lines to boost retail sales. Skills Some knowledge and experience in service stations helpful.
