Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to enhance their understanding Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met Maintain attractive merchandising displays and organize stock to ensure easy accessibility Stock shelves regularly, manage inventory levels, and assist with inventory counts Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers accurately Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support in grocery store sections by ensuring proper stocking, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math enhances effectiveness in this role Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse customer bases Strong communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers and team members effectively Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks comfortably Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
