Join Royal Management Group, a sales and development firm, as a full-time Sales Associate for the LeafGuard campaign.

Our mission is simple:

protect Birmingham from water damage with the only clog‑free gutter system guaranteed for life. The Sales Associate explains how LeafGuard's technology works, compares it to other products, and helps families make an informed decision. As a Sales Associate, you'll learn the ins and outs of LeafGuard's one-piece gutter protection and how it stops leaves, twigs, and debris from causing clogs or water damage. The Sales Associate will then visit our customers in Birmingham, having sales conversations about how LeafGuard ends the cycle of gutter cleaning and protects their property. Responsibilities of the Sales Associate Discuss cleaning challenges and common hazards in person to introduce LeafGuard as a safer alternative that our customers can rely on. Break down LeafGuard's technology, helping customers understand how it prevents clogs without requiring them to climb a ladder again. Use real‑world examples or quick sketches to help customers picture how LeafGuard redirects water safely. Provide sales explanations of pricing, installation steps, and warranty coverage to build trust and support a smooth sales experience. Record customer questions, property details, and next steps to ensure follow‑up communication is professional. Build rapport with customers by being approachable, consistent, and knowledgeable, creating ongoing LeafGuard sales momentum. Qualifications of a Sales Associate Passionate about sales or customer service is a plus; prior experience is not required. Self‑motivated mindset with the drive to stay productive and hit sales goals. Coachable attitude with openness to learning sales strategies and best practices. Ability to simplify LeafGuard's benefits and present them in simple terms.
